This is an excellent opportunity to learn about Ally Dealership Insurance, while connecting knowledge of the business, systems, and cloud‑based tools. The role will be responsible for data quality measurement, data aggregation and data visualization.

• Provide analytical and data support for monitoring business objectives and KPI's
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor business and sales performance
• Perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis within assigned deadlines
• Maintain code and control processes to ensure accuracy of the data
• Perform ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations
• Apply balanced judgment in interpretation of data
• Craft engaging data‑driven business insights to influence decision-makers
• Maintain documentation of key processes and controls

• High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, with a preference in a related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics);
  Master’s preferred.
• 1+ years of experience required
• 1‑2 years of data, financial or business analytics experience preferred
• Strong Power BI skills preferred or data visualization equivalent
• Ability to work, problem solve, and troubleshoot independently
• Great communication skills (written and oral)
• Basic technical aptitude; can run and maintain code, troubleshoot, and correct
• SQL programming skills strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel and/or analysis software skills
• Ability to self‑audit and check work prior to distribution
• Prioritizes day‑to‑day tasks with longer‑term projects while communicating with stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
