MSX International is seeking an AI Digitalization Expert to shape how dealerships deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide dealerships through the adoption and maximization of technology, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Guide dealerships through installation, training, and adoption of the FSR+ tool.
• Empower dealership staff to confidently use FSR+ and get the most out of it.
• Solve challenges by analyzing feedback and developing action plans.
• Build partnerships with dealerships and Customer Experience teams.
• Leverage Remote Experience tools and data‑driven insights.
• Manage travel across the assigned dealer territory.

• Degree in AI / Data Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience applying AI/ML and digitalization solutions to real‑world business problems.
• Strong understanding of business processes in the automotive and mobility sectors.
• Experience engaging with customers and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects and translate technical insights into business value.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) is a plus.
