We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst/ Business Analyst for our client in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension.

*** This is HYBRID role (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on-site)***

We are looking for a Systems Analyst/Business Analyst to help design and deliver products that satisfy business outcomes for our eCommerce products.

What’s special about this team:
The IT team plays an integral role in transforming the usability of technology products directly for our customers. This group works closely with leadership to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. You will join a team of Developers, Solution Architects, UI/UX Designers, SCRUM Masters, Product Managers, and Systems Analysts that drive the market’s technology forward using an Agile methodology.
This team works on our eCommerce products and the technologies that support this, with a focus on cart and checkout functionality. You will be partnering with team members located globally on an Agile team.

How you would contribute to the role:
In this role, we would leverage your analyst skills to design and maintain our Path to Purchase products. This team is looking for a candidate who has the following characteristics:

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the Product Manager as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to implement technology products for the eCommerce ecosystem using Agile methodologies. You will be supporting a leading market and as such will have the opportunity to do some extremely impactful things. We have been making tremendous strides to enhance our product offerings, and the customer-facing solutions you will be working on will have purpose.

Skills/

Experience:

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and the technical team to analyze and understand requirements and document them in user stories.

• Experience working on an Agile team.

• Curiosity and ability to learn quickly.

• Knowledge with ecommerce products, especially cart and checkout capabilities, is a plus.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence is a plus.

• Ability to respectfully challenge traditional methods of working.
