Job Description

Leads infrastructure planning to align with rack demand, optimize Data Center utilization, and support long‑term business objectives. Drives readiness for infrastructure challenges, manages cross‑functional assessments, and supports investment planning for scalable outcomes. Coordinates and aligns planning functions to support strategic initiatives and business objectives, implementing governance practices, mitigating risks, and keeping leadership informed of milestones and dependencies. Leads Data Center scalability and efficiency initiatives by driving adoption of site design standards, integrating input from operations and forecasting to identify challenges, resolve deployment issues, and supporting efforts to gain leadership alignment on investments.

• Leads Data Center scalability and capacity efficiency initiatives across programs or functions by driving the adoption of site design, tooling development, and capacity modeling standards.
• Integrates input from operations teams, forecasting efforts, and partner functions to identify planning challenges.
• Supports leadership alignment on infrastructure investments that improve performance, resilience, and scalability.

• Leads integration of technical solutions across programs or business groups to support the execution of large‑scale site plans.
• Implements governance practices for managing risks and dependencies, ensuring data center utilization is maintained with capacity limits; resolves critical deployment issues, including decommissioning and remediation plans.
• Supports alignment with infrastructure strategy and operational goals, including adherence to performance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where applicable.

• Manages multiple medium‑ to large‑scale projects or initiatives across teams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are monitored and met.
• Provides direction to teams on project work, setting priorities, and aligning with business needs.
• Guides teams on adjusting plans to accommodate resource or timeline changes.

• Drives cross‑functional partnerships to align on expectations and shared objectives across multiple teams.
