• Experience with ITSM processes

• Design, Architecture and implementation of Network solutions in Data centre and remote sites.
• Conduct periodic network audits and periodic reviews to assess policy adherence
• Mentor Network operations team to troubleshoot existing networks, identifying and correcting technical issues
• Act as single point of contact for Network operations to manage demand and capacity.
• Oversee activities such as Install, configure, replace, and upgrade network hardware and software
• Perform network modelling, analysis, budgeting, and planning tasks
• Creating network diagrams and documentation.
• Optimizing network performance through tuning and upgrades.
• Identifying and mitigating network vulnerabilities.
• Evaluating new networking hardware and software
• Recommending technology upgrades and improvements.
• Work with vendor(s) as necessary to troubleshoot issues.
