Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise IT initiatives for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, business process analysis, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
- Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and process modeling
- Create and manage Agile user stories and backlog items
- Work closely with business teams, developers, and project managers
- Support reporting, documentation, and solution design activities
- Assist with roadmap planning, strategy discussions, and compliance initiatives
- 16+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with requirements elicitation and process modeling
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Public sector/government experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
