Fintech Customer Support Specialist
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide world‑class support to users of a fast‑scaling tech platform. Responsibilities include promptly responding to inquiries via chat, email, and phone, troubleshooting account and product issues, and guiding users through platform features. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical or account‑related issues.
- Create and maintain help articles or FAQs.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and product improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Hub Spot.
- Basic troubleshooting for account and product issues.
- Experience in SaaS or tech startups.
- Familiarity with customer feedback systems and analytics.
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and advocate for users.
- Full‑time contractor (1099). Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and health benefits, which may be secured independently or through partner programs.
