Sr. Business Analyst (Hybrid – Michigan, Local Only)

Max Bill Rate: $50-55/hr.

• Requirements Gathering (Business / Functional / Technical)
• Project Estimation, Planning, Forecasting
• Test Planning & Test Case Development
• SDLC (Agile, CMMI, Waterfall)
• RFP Development & Documentation
• Stakeholder Communication (Technical & Business)
• MS Office, MS Project, Visio (Advanced)
• Vendor Coordination
• Risk & Issue Management
• Strong Written & Verbal Communication

• Lead requirements gathering and business analysis for complex IT systems
• Develop process flows, diagrams, and documentation
• Perform impact analysis and recommend improvements
• Support RFP creation, including requirements and cost estimates
• Drive project planning, estimation, and execution support
• Create and manage test plans and test cases with SMEs
• Act as liaison between business, IT, and vendors
• Support strategic initiatives and system ownership activities
• Identify, elevate, and manage risks and issues
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams

• State government experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field (preferred)

• Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week (Wednesday required)
• Local Michigan candidates only
• No remote option
