Travel Requirements- This position may involve commuting between SOM offices located in the greater-Lansing area and possibly statewide for short periods of time and will require reliable personal transportation. Neither Knowledge Services nor the State of Michigan will reimburse the candidate for mileage. Any mileage reimbursement must be provided by the contracting company.
- In addition to the standard background check and drug screen, the selected candidate will also be required to complete a LEIN request.
- Duration: 1 year with possible extension
- Hybrid:
Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (Wednesdays are mandatory to be onsite; the other onsite day can be flexible). - Local candidates only. Candidates must be local to Michigan at the time of submission.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and process modeling
- Experience in the estimation, planning and forecasting of projects
- Experience in documenting and gathering business, functional or technical requirements for software projects
- Ability to organize and develop test plans and test cases working with business subject matter experts
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree - Prior State government experience is a plus
- Interview Process:
In-person. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview.
