Required Skills and Overview:
- 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
- Knowledge of Middleware solutions, ACE, Data Power, Salesforce Solutions, APIs, SQL, ETL
- Produce technical specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to analyst programmers/project team
- Extensive awareness of API based architecture, REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On
- Understanding of API message format, JSON, XML
- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and Dev Ops Tools such as Azure Dev Ops
- Established technical knowledge in software development life cycle and agile development methodologies and SCRUM process.
- Provide expertise on web technologies and experience in building solutions using Java technologies
- Promotes a standardized set of best practices, processes and documentation used in technology projects
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members
- Experience in healthcare industry is a bonus
