We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Dev Ops Engineer to support engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Dev Ops processes for Salesforce projects using Azure Dev Ops. This role requires hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce deployments, and environment management to ensure smooth and reliable release cycles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Dev Ops processes for Salesforce development and deployment
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops
Perform Salesforce deployments and manage release cycles across multiple environments
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and project teams to streamline deployment processes
Implement automation for build, testing, and deployment workflows
Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and reliability
Maintain version control and ensure best practices in release management
Continuously improve Dev Ops processes and deployment strategies
Required Skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD pipeline management
Hands on experience with Salesforce Dev Ops and Salesforce deployments
Experience working with Salesforce platform and related development lifecycle
Knowledge of automation tools, version control, and release management practices
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
Preferred Experience
Experience with Salesforce DX and modern Dev Ops practices
Experience working on large scale government or enterprise projects
