Helpdesk Support Technician

Job Description

Technical team member with excellent customer service skills to provide first‑level ticket resolution and escalation routing. Responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting IT end‑user computing within the organization.

• Provision desktops and laptops
• Initiate provisioning package – installs and checks on laptops
• Deal with shipping / shipping requests / material handlers
• Send return kits to recover assets from internal employees
• Occasionally onsite set up desks for users

• Understanding Power Shell
• VPN and server understanding
• Spanish bilingual
• Printer support

• Associate degree and/or certifications, preferably more than A+; bachelor’s degree not required
• Entry level experience

Contract position based out of Lansing, MI. Fully onsite.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
