HANA Technical Functional Consultant (ABAP/BTP/Fiori)

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Functional Consultant to support design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP S/4

HANA, business process analysis, functional design, testing, and production support within enterprise environments.

• Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, fit-gap analysis, system testing, and documentation.
• Create functional design documents (FDD) and technical design support documentation (TDD).
• Conduct end‑user training and provide ongoing functional support.
• Review and analyze business processes to identify ERP solution requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to define ERP scope.
• Assist with gap analysis between current and future‑state processes.
• Analyze integration requirements with legacy and non‑SAP systems.
• Create use cases, user stories, and functional requirement specifications.
• Work closely with technical teams including ABAP, Fiori, and related development teams.
• Support functional, security, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for source‑to‑pay business processes.
• Support cutover activities, data profiling, extraction, and data cleansing.
• Perform SAP configuration activities.
• Provide production support for deployed functionality.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• 4+ years of development or SAP‑related experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional testing.
• Experience creating functional specifications and working with technical development teams.
• Ability to support integration with non‑SAP systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
• SAP Certification.
• Experience with Fiori implementation.
• Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing.
• Familiarity with ABAP Certification Program completion preferred.
