Job Description
We are looking for an IT Technician with about 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Royal Oak, MI. This person will focus on day‑to‑day support of the firm, using Microsoft technologies. They typically receive email requests from users to resolve issues (about 3-5 per day) and will handle any other issues that arise. As the sole IT resource at the company, they will also support a transition to a more work‑from‑home culture and troubleshoot copiers, printers, and other technology related problems.

Work Environment8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday (37.5 hour week). The environment is fast‑paced, business casual, and all employees work onsite following COVID procedures.
