Business Systems analyst

• Location:
  
  Lansing, MI (430 West Allegan Street); must live within 1 hour of Lansing at the time of application.
• Work Arrangement:
  Hybrid. Month 1: 5 days/week on-site for onboarding. Month 2 onwards: 2 days/week on-site (Tuesdays & Wednesdays mandatory, 8 hours/day). No fully remote option.

• In-Person Only:
  Candidates must be available for a face-to-face, on-site interview.

To be successful, your experience must be within the last 5 years and focus on these 3 main pillars:

• Dual BA/QA Expertise (3+ Years): Strong experience gathering/doc­menting clear business requirements and writing/executing detailed test plans and test cases.
• Azure Dev Ops Ecosystem (3+ Years): Heavy, hands‑on experience managing project life cycles, creating epics/features/user stories, and serving as a Scrum Master (Jira experience also acceptable).
• Process Mapping & Roadmaps (3+ Years): Proven ability to create As‑Is/To‑Be process flows, build product roadmaps, and utilize tools like Figma or Visio.
