Oracle is currently seeking exceptional managing counsel to support continued dynamic growth in our Data Center and Networking legal team. ** Responsibilities*
* The Data Center and Networking Legal team plays a critical role within Oracle's legal department, providing support for a wide range of sophisticated data center transactions. These include colocation services, energy procurement, and strategic arrangements with data center providers. Managing Counsel work closely with executive leadership to structure, negotiate, and close critical agreements, while coordinating across internal teams to ensure alignment with company policies.
This role will also help drive best practices and contribute to the development of legal standards and processes within a rapidly evolving business.
As an individual contributor on this team, you will join a collaborative group of attorneys engaged in a diverse and intellectually challenging technology law practice. The work focuses on transactions supporting data center development, including real property acquisition and leasing, customized energy solutions, colocation agreements, fiber connectivity, and renewable energy initiatives. The team operates with a high degree of judgment and partners regularly with senior leadership on strategic direction and execution.
This position is best suited for an attorney with significant experience in commercial negotiations and contracting, who can manage multiple priorities, assess complex issues efficiently, and deliver high-quality legal counsel to executive-level clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ 8+ years of relevant legal experience with technology, telecommunications, or data center operations.
+ Demonstrated experience advising on legal and regulatory issues related to data centers, cloud infrastructure, network connectivity, and interconnection agreements.
+ Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for data center colocation, cloud service agreements, and network interconnection.
+ Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environment.
+ Admission to practice law in the United States.

Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
