Position Description

Reimagine Education, LLC is seeking an innovative IT Logistics & Support Specialist to serve as the primary bridge between technology inventory management and end‑user support. This role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of student and staff devices—from unboxing and configuration to shipping, receiving, and Level 1–2 technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is a highly organized multi‑tasker who is as comfortable managing a shipping workflow as they are resolving software conflicts or hardware failures.

Must report in person at Davison facility 4 days a week and remote one day. This position will report directly to the Director of Technology.

Essential Duties

Logistics Duties

  • Responsible for maintaining the school's shipping resources.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to ensure infrastructure and tools support school and technology initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain school hardware and equipment, including computers, tablets, and peripherals.
  • Enroll devices in management software (JAMF, Google Admin Console, etc.).
  • Update technology inventory records and support the system‑wide inventory of technology assets.
  • Manage high‑volume deployments during start‑of‑year and end‑of‑year transitions.
  • Maintain knowledge of computer hardware and software asset management practices.
  • Support the system‑wide inventory of technology assets and digital signage.

Customer Support

  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff, students, and families.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and other digital tools.
  • Document and track technical support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.

Other Duties

  • Perform other technology‑related duties as assigned by the Director of Technology.
  • Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy in the area of instructional technology.
  • Carry out other duties and obligations that are determined to facilitate the school’s mission, goals, standards, and Education Program.
  • Employee must honor written Board Policies and Administrative Regulations.
  • Employee must be able to work from designated Learning Lab as scheduled.
  • Employee must be able to stand for a minimum of 30 minutes at a time.
  • Employee must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Employee must be able to move throughout the Learning Lab.
  • Employee must be able to sit in chair for long intervals.
