Experience:

• Experience as a Business Analyst (3+ years), must have both BA and QA experience.
• Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (3+ years), please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
• Azure Dev Ops Knowledge – or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) (3+ years).
• Understanding BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities.
• Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation (3+ years).
• Experience with creating product roadmap (3+ years).
• Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile (3+ years).
• Adept with using BA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) (3+ years).

• Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing; log and track defects.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business partners.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Assist with system demonstrations, training materials, and production validation.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
