Join Granger Construction as our Director of IT Services, where you’ll lead the delivery of IT services and business analytics across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our people have the tools, insights, and support they need to succeed—while helping drive innovation, including the thoughtful adoption of AI and emerging technologies.

Lead IT service delivery and analytics strategy to create a seamless, responsive, and user-focused technology environment across offices and jobsites.

Elevate how data is used across the company—building reporting, dashboards, and predictive capabilities that empower better decision-making at every level.

Partner closely with the Leader of IT Operations and executive leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and integrated technology solutions.

Develop and mentor IT professionals while fostering a culture rooted in service, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Help guide the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance productivity and business performance.

Oversee help desk and end-user support across a distributed workforce, ensuring high-quality, timely, and reliable service.

Drive a customer-first mindset, improving responsiveness, communication, and overall satisfaction with IT services.

Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

Lead reporting, dashboard development, and data strategy to deliver accurate, actionable insights across the organization.

Establish standards, best practices, and governance to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility.

Partner with IT Operations to ensure seamless delivery across infrastructure, applications, and service functions.

Contribute to technology strategy, budgeting, and vendor management, aligning IT initiatives with business priorities.

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership of service delivery and/or analytics functions
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing IT teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into organizational impact
• Experience building relationships and serving as a trusted partner to business leaders
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and governance practices
• Financial understanding to evaluate and communicate the impact of technology decisions
• Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts

• Experience with application development, integrations, or automation
• Familiarity with construction technology platforms
