Position: Administrative Assistant | Hybrid | Lansing, MI | Contract
IT Delivery Lead II | Hybrid | Detroit, MI | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a IT Delivery Lead II with 5+ years of experience. This is a contract opportunity.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• Build, Manage and track against project budget
• Report and track on project performance and ensure business value
• Drive Project delivery
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of IT Delivery lead experience working with Planview
• At least 2 years of leadership experience and project management
• Assemble project plans and work assignments, directs and monitors work efforts, identifies resource needs, ensures business value is delivered, and escalates issues appropriately.
• Monitor and manage project RAID logs
• Determine staffing requirements and forms project teams
• Leverage project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworks
• Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors

• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to communicate technical and business topics in a clear and relevant way
• Develop and distribute project schedules

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and realization of business value for project efforts that utilize information technology solutions. Delivery Leads, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and
management of a single or multiple initiatives and/or projects within scope, quality, time, and cost.
