    Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • Remote:
    Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays
  • Note:
    
    Candidates must be local to the Lansing area (within 90 miles) at the time of application.
• Interview Process: 60‑minute virtual interview via MS Teams (video, laptop, and screen‑sharing readiness required).

• Test Automation & Technical Skills (Required)
• Frameworks:
  Hands‑on automation using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Coding:
  Strong, clean, object‑oriented Java programming.
• BDD:
  Writing clear Gherkin scenarios (Given/When/Then) and implementing Step Definitions in Java.
• Databases:
  Writing SQL and PL/SQL queries (SELECTs, JOINs) for backend data validation against Oracle or SQL Server.
• Version Control:
  Proficiency with Git (merging, pull requests).
• Performance & Load Testing
  • Experience:
    
    3–5+ years of senior‑level performance testing.
  • Tools:
    Tooling expertise in JMeter or Load Runner (scripting, executing scenarios, and identifying system bottlenecks).
• Test Strategy & API Testing
  • API Testing:
    Solid experience using Postman or Rest Client.
  • Test Management:
    Designing/executing manual & automated test cases, creating environment‑specific test suites, and tracking bugs via Azure Dev Ops.
• Compliance & Accessibility
  • ADA Testing:
    Accessibility testing experience using tools like JAWS or Acc Verify.
  • Security:
    Solid understanding of the Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC).

• Experience with Playwright for Java specifically.
• Familiarity with the TestNG framework and Eclipse IDE.
• Mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
