Web Accessibility Analyst
Location:
Lansing, MI (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 24 months
Seeking for a Web Accessibility Analyst to ensure websites and applications adhere to digital standards, including branding and accessibility. This role involves conducting thorough reviews and testing for digital accessibility using both manual and automated tools.
Job Duties:- Conduct reviews of websites, applications, and documents for digital standards compliance.
- Test for digital accessibility on desktop and mobile devices using assistive technologies.
- Document review results and provide feedback to application support teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1 year of experience testing applications for digital accessibility.
- 1 year of experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Advanced knowledge of WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
- Proficiency with assistive technologies like JAWS, NVDA, Voice Over, and Talk Back.
Skills:
- 3 years of experience in digital accessibility testing.
- Certification related to WCAG.
- Previous federal/state/government experience.
