Extensive experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Proven leadership skills: task delegation, team communication, and leading business analysts
Ability to lead requirement meetings with business and technical resources
Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops for backlog and sprint tracking
Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and detail-oriented
Experience with documentation management on Share Point
Familiarity with change management policies and liaising with auditors
Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between the technical team and business client
Gather requirements and manage work requests for web application support
Conduct independent requirement sessions and maintain a backlog in Azure Dev Ops
Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication in alignment with change management lifecycle
Track sprints, ensure adherence to change management policies, and update project documentation
Provide management with project status and resource demand projections
