Web Content Accessibility Analyst - MDOT

Our client is seeking to hire a Web Accessibility Analyst to conduct reviews for adherence with the client's Digital Standards for Websites and Applications, which include standards for branding and digital accessibility.

• Conduct reviews of websites and applications and documents for adherence with the Agency's Digital Standards for Websites and Applications
• Test for digital accessibility using manual and automated tools including screen reader and other assistive technology
• Review for adherence with additional standards including branding
• Perform testing on desktop and mobile devices
• Thoroughly document review results
• Provide results to application support teams and stakeholders and meet with teams to explain results
• Work closely with team members to ensure processes are followed and optimized
• Other duties as assigned

• 1+ years
  - Experience testing applications for digital accessibility
• 1 year
  - Experience working with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Advanced knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA
• Advanced skills using assistive technologies like JAWS, NVDA, Voice Over, Talk Back
• Associate's degree or Some college
• 3+ years
  - Experience testing applications for digital accessibility
