Associate Project Manager
We're looking for an Associate Project Manager to support and drive project execution across multiple work streams. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who can manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger initiatives led by senior team members.
Location: Hybrid / Lansing, Michigan Rate: $45/hour (1099)
Responsibilities:
- Support end to end project delivery from kickoff through completion
- Manage timelines, task tracking, and coordination across teams
- Lead smaller projects or work streams with minimal oversight
- Provide status updates, reporting, and communication to stakeholders
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed
- Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables stay on track
- Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and drive follow ups
