Job Description:

Seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with at least 4+ years of experience to support grant management programs and government-funded initiatives. The role requires strong communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proficiency with common BA and collaboration tools. The position follows a hybrid schedule (onsite two days/week, no remote-only option) starting Day 1. Virtual first-round interviews followed by in-person second round.

Key Qualifications

• 4+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst
• 2+ years working with grant management systems or government-funded programs (strongly desired)
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Azure Dev Ops, and Microsoft Office
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
