Knowledge of Cloudflare is required.

• F5 LTM Experience (3-5 years) – Creation of VIPs, troubleshooting, installation and renewal of certificates, Irule creation and modification.
• F5 GTM Experience (3-5 years) – Wide IP creation.
• F5 ASM Experience (3-5 years) – Creation of policies, fine‑tuning of policies while in learning mode, troubleshooting policies in blocking mode, monitoring new learning suggestions.
• F5 APM Experience (3-5 years) – Creation of SAML policies, troubleshooting issues.
• F5 Device‑level Experience (3-5 years) – Remediate CVEs, iHealth/Qkview knowledge, open support ticket with F5 (last resort), upgrade devices, device clean up (unused objects), BIGIQ daily config backup from all devices.
• Team collaboration – Work cooperatively with others in a team environment to meet expected levels of customer service (3-5 years).
• Ability to operate information systems input devices (3-5 years).
• Ability to conduct training and informational sessions (desired 3-5 years).
• Ability to understand and follow detailed written and oral instructions (3-5 years).
• Ability to explain instructions and guidelines to others effectively (3-5 years).
• Ability to communicate effectively (3-5 years).
• Knowledge of data communications networks (3-5 years).
• Knowledge of the methods and techniques used to operate and configure F5 systems (3-5 years).
• Ability to identify and resolve problems associated with F5 system malfunctions (3-5 years).
• Knowledge of Cloudflare systems (desired 2-5 years).
