As you read this, our Technology and Digital organization is deploying our new Cloud Computing platform to accelerate and expand our digital capability. We’re looking for a passionate analytics professional with great communication skills for our team. This person will execute quantitative analysis and problem solving to develop in‑depth business‑relevant insights, scenario‑based assumptions and forward‑looking analysis. Utilizes data from databases, internal reports, market/business trends, and/or financial statements in analysis.

Plays integral role in strategy development and associated risk management. They will also mentor developing analytics professionals and connect with other analytics teams to build capability. In this role you will help us make data driven decisions by:

• Independently interfacing with key stakeholders to provide timely and accurate analysis that drive business objectives and targets
• Performs analysis to drive change within the business
• Identify, quantify and propose risk/reward trade‑off of recommendations
• Developing strategy and associated performance analysis that achieve business objects and results
• Apply knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data
• Provide analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations
• Leading analytics projects which require technical sophistication and the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Performing ad‑hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations
• Engage in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent

• 3+ years experience in analytics
• Banking, financial services, and/or analytics experience
• Independent Thought/Work
• Business Acumen
• Financial Statements and Concepts
• Working in cross functional teams
• Becoming a recognized expert in an area of responsibility
• Knowledge of processes, systems, and technology to coordinate implementation of change
• Intermediate technical skills with excel and/or analysis software
