The Enterprise Admin I position at Harbor provides first-level technical support to internal users, diagnosing and remedying IT issues. The role uses the internal IT helpdesk system to organize workload and interacts with internal customers, with guidance from the CTO on projects.
Responsibilities include setup of workstations and peripherals, ERP application support (IFS), vendor coordination, process automation, and responsive end-user support.
