Business Analyst 5 127984 Duration: 1 year with possible extension. Interview Process:
Virtual Interview via MS Teams video.
Location:
Lansing, MI Position will be hybrid, onsite 2 days a week (Mon/Tue)
Experience:
- 10+ Years' Experience working with technical documents within the IT field
- Experience with the State of Michigan Methodology
- Must be able to hit the ground running! - 10+ Years' experience with Joint Application Design (JAD) session facilitation.
- 8+ Years' experience writing requirements for COTS solutions.
- 4+ Years' experience with large scale enterprise-wide vendor solution deployment for Enrollment Broker system
- Experience with SOW, RFP, RFC, etc.
- MUST have strong verbal and written communication skills (Customer and Client facing role)
- Experience with large scale enterprise-wide vendor solution deployment for Enrollment Broker system.
- Required - 4 - Experience working with Accounting and Finance projects.
- Required - 2 - Multi-disciplined IT Background with experience writing requirements for COTS solutions.
- Required - 8 - Experience in RFP requirements writing that have resulted in successful COTS implementations.
- Required - 4 - Experience with drafting requirement traceability matrices and test plans for requirement validation
- Required - 10 - Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Required - 12 - Skilled with IT process/methodology (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, LEAN, Six Sigma, CMM) and experience implementing
- Highly Desired - 4 - Experience with Joint Application Design (JAD) session facilitation
