Job description:
13+ years of hands-on experience. Experience in QA/testing, with a strong understanding of Guidewire Policy Center and its modules. Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Lead QA testing efforts for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Design and develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and system requirements. Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain. Validate batch processes, billing rules, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems. Defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development for resolution. Mentor junior testers and coordinate testing activities in a distributed team setup. Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA / ALM), automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git) for automated testing. Knowledge of Guidewire Digital applications or Dev Connect.
