Position: M729-Project Manager (Scrum Master) 163790.
Interview Process:
Virtual, 1-2 rounds. 4-5 people on the interviews, could potentially include hiring manager, PMO Superviosr, Agency Services Manager, Project Manager, Business Relationship Manager, or other Managers from the team. Interviews will consist of mix of competency/scrum master knowledge questions and basic project manager questions.

Assignment duration: 1 year+, should be a long term contract that continues to extend dependent on business need.

On-site wednesdays and thursdays (non-negotiable). In office days are mandatory and cannot be altered.

Candidates MUST be local to Lansing, Michigan area (within 100 miles) at the time of submission (non-negotiable)

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Rally, Version One, etc.).Preferred

Skills:

Experience as a project managerCSM certificate

Experience with Medical or Financial Systems
