WMU-Cooley Law School seeks an IT Specialist to provide Tier 1 and 2 Help Desk support for faculty, staff and students at our Lansing, MI campus. You will handle user provisioning, resolve hardware and software issues, and document incidents to track progress with IT service tools.
The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent and at least one year of IT experience;
CompTIA A+ is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential in a diverse academic environment.
