The Senior Business Analyst works within Michigan's Department of Technology, Management, and Budget supporting natural resources, environment, and agriculture agencies. The role coordinates compliance with state governance, risk, and compliance practices, including managing security accreditation processes, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning. This position trains staff on compliance tools and processes while collaborating with auditors, project managers, vendors, and business partners.
Keyqualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 21 semester credits in computer science, data processing, networking, systems analysis, or IT project management
- Two years of professional experience as an Information Technology Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst P11
- Experience with compliance frameworks or regulatory standards
- Experience working on Agile (Scrum) teams
- Knowledge of security accreditation processes and risk assessment procedures
