We are looking for an experienced Salesforce/CRM Tester to support a major Enterprise Contact Center initiative.
- 6+ years Salesforce QA/Testing experience
- 4+ years Salesforce Service Cloud
- 4+ years Azure Dev Ops Test Suites
- Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
- API Testing – REST, SOAP, Bulk API
- Postman / SoapUI
- Test Automation – Selenium or similar
- SQL experience
- Agile testing methodologies
- Test case/script development and execution
- Defect tracking and requirements-to-test traceability
Nice to Have:
- NICE CXone / CCaaS testing
- Salesforce test automation tools
