UX Application Developer

Michigan Farm Bureau is seeking a UX Application Developer to design and build intuitive, accessible web and mobile applications that serve Michigan's agricultural community. In this role, you'll collaborate with product owners, designers, and business stakeholders to turn member needs into user-centered digital experiences. You'll create wireframes, prototypes, and front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring responsive design and strong performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive web and mobile applications that support Michigan Farm Bureau members and staff
• Translate user research, requirements, and feedback into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready user interfaces
• Implement front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks and integrate with back-end APIs
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to improve member-facing digital experiences
• Optimize applications for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across devices and browsers
• Conduct usability testing, collect user feedback, and iterate on UX and UI designs
• Maintain clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
• Support continuous improvement of digital tools that serve Michigan's agricultural and rural communities
