Salesforce​/CRM Tester

As a Salesforce/CRM Tester, you'll be comfortable testing Salesforce applications and utilizing Azure Dev Ops for designing, maintaining, and executing test cases for an enterprise contact center platform. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Work in an agile environment and understand agile methodologies.
• Participate in vendor requirement sessions with customers and be comfortable writing Test Plans/Test Suites in Azure Dev Ops that are easily maintainable.
• Work with the customer, vendor, and Development Team to define test scripts based on requirements for new projects and future enhancements.
• Proficiency in interpreting requirements/user stories and writing test cases using Azure Dev Ops.
• Participate in defining and designing activities of the project engagement, to ensure a full understanding of client requirements prepared by the project team.
• Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments of the applications used by the enterprise.
• Strong hands-on experience writing positive and negative test cases in Azure Dev Ops as per Salesforce application needs.
• Identify automation framework opportunities and make recommendations for improvements.
• Familiarity with testing Salesforce Service Cloud, including web services and REST API, SOAP API, and Bulk API, using tools like SoapUI, Postman, or similar applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Develop and write automated test scripts and plans to ensure software functions as expected.
• Work with test engineers to implement new automation scripts and diagnose problems with existing scripts in a Continuous Integration environment.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and automation testing tools.
• Ensure proposed solutions adhere to enterprise security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle.
• Proven record of delivering business value by leveraging technology; able to communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level.
• Devise a training plan for the team for a smooth transition to Maintenance & Operations.
• Self-motivated, able to work under dynamic conditions and within deadlines.
• Ability to effectively transfer knowledge and flex according to the situation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Facilitation and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge and working experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Participation in each phase of full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce.
• Understanding of Salesforce Production and Sandboxes.
• Analyze the impact of new solutions/enhancements and run appropriate regression testing.

• Document and evaluate test results and defects; track and manage defects through to resolution in Azure Dev Ops.
• Ensure full traceability between test scripts, results, and requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing test scripts.
• Azure Dev Ops experience with Test Suite preparation.

• Salesforce QA/testing: 6 years (Required)
• Salesforce Service Cloud: 4 years (Required)
• Azure Dev Ops Test Suite: 4 years (Required)
• Nice CXone or other CCaaS Testing: 4 years (Preferred/Optional)
• SQL: 1 year (Preferred/Optional)
• Selenium/Test Automation or other test automation tools: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience in government or public-sector IT processes and guidelines (Preferred)
• Salesforce object knowledge — flows, App Exchange packages, Lightning, Apex — through real-world experience or hands-on background
• Knowledge of testing/QA best practices
• Ability to create and utilize test scripts
