Salesforce Test Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Analyst / QA Analyst to support Salesforce and CRM applications in a long-term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Azure Dev Ops Test Suite.

• 6+ years of Salesforce QA/Testing experience
• 4+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• 4+ years of Azure Dev Ops Test Suite experience
• Strong experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts
• Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• 4+ years of NICE CXone or other CCaaS testing
• SQL experience
• Selenium or other test automation tools
• REST, SOAP, and Bulk API testing
• Postman, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools
• Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Flows, Lightning, Apex, and App Exchange
• Government, public-sector, or public-health project experience

• Interpret business requirements and user stories and develop comprehensive test cases.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test suites in Azure Dev Ops.
• Develop positive and negative test scenarios based on Salesforce application requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing.
• Test Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud applications.
• Analyze the impact of new enhancements and determine appropriate regression testing.
• Document test results and identify, track, and manage defects through resolution in Azure Dev Ops.
• Maintain full traceability between requirements, test scripts, test results, and defects.
• Work closely with developers, vendors, customers, and other QA engineers.
• Support test automation initiatives and recommend improvements to automation frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
• Test Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• Utilize tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, or similar testing tools.
• Understand Salesforce production and sandbox environments.
• Ensure testing activities follow QA best practices and applicable security standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirement sessions, and project planning activities.
• Support knowledge transfer and develop training materials for the transition to Maintenance & Operations.
• Troubleshoot testing issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve problems.
