Senior System Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead and support enterprise infrastructure initiatives while maintaining operational stability across a complex technology environment.

This role requires a highly capable technical professional who can independently execute complex work, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes.

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments
• Support servers, identity management, virtualization, storage, backup, and related technologies
• Serve as a senior technical resource for infrastructure operations and support
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and stabilization
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining system reliability and project timelines
• Implement security controls, backup solutions, and disaster recovery processes
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause resolution
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and configurations
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and standardization initiatives
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related technical roles
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex technical initiatives
• Experience supporting cloud platforms, server infrastructure, virtualization, backup/recovery, and enterprise systems
• Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in multi-site or distributed environments
• Strong infrastructure security and systems hardening experience
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and operational systems
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization or transformation initiatives
