We are seeking an experienced and licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in insurance sales, client relationship management, and policy servicing. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in an environment that is passionate about helping individuals protect their assets, in a supportive team environment.
Duties- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and policy renewals.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate P&C insurance products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients in selecting suitable policies.
- Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing policy support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and communications.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Assist clients with day-to-day requests, such as making a payment, making a change on their policies, completing requests, etc.
- Previous experience with Applied EPIC management system is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive client interactions.
- Experience with multiple carriers and comparative rating systems.
