(QPWB) is a national defense firm seeking Michigan-licensed attorneys with Auto Negligence and General Liability defense experience to join our Farmington Hills, Michigan office.

This role targets individuals with 3-5 years of experience in defending general liability claims, including auto negligence, and involves moving cases through the legal system while vigorously representing our clients’ interests.

• Review and summarize medical records to effectively advocate for clients.
• Draft motions and attend hearings to represent clients in court.
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions as needed.
• Draft initial, interim, pre-trial, and appellate reports and participate in trial activity.
• Respond to discovery requests and draft discovery-related motions.
• Regularly attend court appearances to pursue favorable outcomes for clients.
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.

• Admitted to practice in Michigan.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues.
• Excellent research abilities combined with strong written and oral communications.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery-related motions.
• Regular court appearance experience.
• Experience taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Experience drafting motions for summary judgments.
