Our client, an elite law firm, is seeking an experienced Trademark Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team.
Will work closely with attorneys on domestic and international trademark matters, supporting brand creation, prosecution, and docket management, including TTAB actions, client and foreign associate communications, deadline tracking, legal file management, and maintaining attorney calendars for court-related activities.
The ideal candidate will assist with preparing and prosecuting U.S. trademark applications, statements of use, renewals, office actions, and assignments, while also coordinating with foreign associates and national trademark offices on international filings.
