You will handle a meaningful mix of estate planning, trust/probate administration and business matters, contributing from day one by:

• Leading Client Consultations: Guiding clients and prospects with clarity and empathy (no hiding behind stuffy legalese).
• Designing Tailored Solutions: Counseling clients and drafting comprehensive estate plans.
• Navigating Administration: Guiding families through probate and trust administration with compassion, including representing clients in court for probate, guardian ships, and conservatorships when necessary.
• Taking Ownership: Managing your client files, deadlines, and outcomes while staying sharp on evolving estate and tax laws.

• Licensure: Active member of the Michigan Bar in good standing.
• Experience: Ideally 2 to 5+ years of dedicated legal experience in estate planning, probate law or business planning.
• The Right Mindset: You don't wait to be told what to do--you see a need, take accountability, and execute it with impeccable attention to detail.
