The Tuscola County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking a Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney to supervise staff, mentor attorneys, and manage day-to-day operations in the absence of the Prosecuting Attorney.
The successful candidate will review investigations, present cases in District and Circuit Courts, handle Juvenile Court matters, and prepare pleadings while coordinating with law enforcement, victims, and witnesses. Michigan Bar admission and JD required.
