Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of applicable parts, fleet, trucking, or equipment experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using Windows-based computer programs and able to quickly learn company business management software
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) preferred
• Ability to safely lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and regularly reach merchandise and inventory
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable

• Takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly
• Understands urgency in a shop environment
• Can locate parts fast and stay organized under pressure
• Works well with technicians, vendors, and leadership
