The Project Manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation, reporting and communication of project plans delivering the on-time product launch via leadership of cross-functional teams. Will be accountable for ensuring plans and deliverables are compliant and risks are identified and managed.

• Working with stakeholders to own the development of the business case, project plans, and project risk analysis for all projects.
• One will be responsible for learning all associated processes, reporting tools, and communication requirements.
• Develop project plan(s) using MS Project tools or other similar tools to demonstrate the entire project duration and track each project stage gates accordingly.
• Responsible for communication of business cases, project charter, project status, and scorecards to all project stakeholders.
• Communication includes project meeting minutes, post-introduction reports, budgets (as appropriate) and any status or project detailed information needed.

• Must have Cosmetic Customer Product, Personal Care, or Pharmaceutical Project Management experience
• Must have direct experience leading New Product Introduction launches in cosmetic or personal care industries
• Preferred understanding/experience leading project teams through cosmetics tech transfer, change control, new product introductions, product reformulations, packaging changes
• Robust business acumen and track record of delivering superior results
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with high confidence in using spreadsheets, scorecards, and presentations delivered to senior leadership as well as cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Experience in project management knowledge areas: collaboration, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resourcing, communication, risk and procurement
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)

Compensation can differ depending on factors including location, role, skill set, education, and experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in various U.S. markets.

Compensation Range
: $102,000-$153,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible for the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching, and medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additional benefits may include life insurance, accidental death and disability, short- and long-term disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options as allowed by IRS guidelines.

Benefits offerings vary by location (e.g., in Puerto Rico).

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave and are eligible for 401(k) with employer matching. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave and are eligible for 401(k) with employer matching, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance. All US employees in states/localities with more generous paid sick leave laws will receive those benefits where applicable.
