Job Overview
Join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as a Manager overseeing data center construction projects. You will coordinate with colocation providers, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure projects meet quality standards. Lead a team of project professionals, oversee documentation, and implement quality control processes. Act as the primary point of contact, manage contracts, and supervise installations to deliver successful data center projects.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate data center construction projects with colocation providers, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, collaborating with providers for timely milestone delivery.
- Create and manage project budgets, optimizing resource use for cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee a team of project professionals, providing guidance to ensure project goals are met.
- Supervise documentation creation, review, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to standards and effective management.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to meet design specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate tenant fit‑out projects and handle daily interactions during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Conduct regular site walks to ensure schedule adherence, coordination, and quality.
- Oversee startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects, ensuring operational systems.
- Evaluate risk profiles, address gaps in risk identification, and communicate potential business impacts.

Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 – $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
