Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations (OSHA, etc.).

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to optimize inventory control systems and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team of warehouse personnel.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) beyond basic functionality.
• Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• APICS certification (CSCP or CLTD).
