Guidewire program manager

Job Description

Should have sound knowledge on Guide Wire products and business knowledge of the product for guidance and recommendation. Should have handled projects in Agile. Primarily responsible for the successful delivery of Guide Wire services to the client. Oversee the execution of projects, ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and other delivery team members to ensure smooth project execution and to address any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Focus on operational aspects of service delivery and ensuring that the client's requirements are met effectively. Collaborate closely with customer to ensure that the client's needs are understood, communicated effectively within HCL, and ultimately met through successful service delivery. Interact regularly to align on client priorities, discuss project status, address any issues or concerns, and coordinate efforts to drive value for the client.

Take strategic decisions to support the client's business objectives. Focuses on operational excellence and successful service delivery.
