Field Service Supervisor

As a Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate a team of field service technicians to ensure timely and effective delivery service to our customers. You will play a key role in managing daily operations, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Field Service Leader
, out of our Des Plaines, IL location working primarily in Milwaukee, WI on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of field service operations, directly contributing to customer loyalty and operational excellence.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of field service technicians to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
• Manage scheduling and dispatching of field service personnel to optimize coverage and response times.
• Monitor field service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the field service team to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

The salary range for this position is ($87,200.00 - $99,000.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. • Proven experience in field service supervision or a similar role with strong operational management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of field service processes, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in using field service management software and tools to optimize technician deployment and track service metrics.
• Technical expertise relevant to building automation systems and service technologies.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in the building automation or related industries.
